Mufti Day!

On the 22nd of March we had a mufti day. We went to the Hornby High School to make a word that is Aroha. All of us in Hornby Primary School made the O and all the Hornby High School people are in A, R, and H. Here is photo of us.

 

Narrative Picture Prompt 1!

Hi everyone so me and my class were doing a narrative writing from a picture prompt. We were doing this ship one. First we  did descriptive words and phrases, second we have to write about what is going to happen in our story. Third we have to write our story. Here is my one

There were big, brave pirates sailing in the night trying to find treasure. The pirates gasped there was a storm, the thunder roared like a lion hunting and the pirates prayed for their lives, The tsunami came over to the ship like a cheetah. After the disaster they landed on a tropical island, some of the pirates died. While the pirates looked for treasure on the island they saw a helicopter coming some of the pirates were relieved, they were going to be rescued, but most of the pirates weren’t pleased. Then the pirates were saved except for one and he continued on his adventure, then he found the largest treasure ever found.
